The Electric Hat Random Name Chooser lets you to pick a random name from a list of names. The draw is anonymous so that only the picker knows whom they have chosen.

After you have registered you can start adding names. Once the names have been entered send a note to the participants with the address of your Electric Hat and password. The participants then browse to the web page and simply select their name from the list. When they click the "Choose Name" button they are automatically, randomly and anonymously assigned a name from the list of names you have entered.

The program has an additional optional feature that keeps spouses from choosing each other. Simply assign spouses matching letters when adding their names and they won't choose each other.
