Non-profits and other organizations that require it can receive a 10% discount upon request. GRD also provides a sliding scale discount for demonstrated need.

Any service agreement can be cancelled within one payment period.

Invoices are submitted at the end of the month or at the completion of the project.

Prepaid service agreement must be used within one calendar year.

Website development includes but is not limited to; layout, markup, design, graphics (backgrounds, buttons, banners, etc), smo and seo optimization, simple animation.

Website programming includes but is not limited to; scripting, database, complex animation, digital effects, form processing, information system repair.

Accounts that are 30 days past due may be subject to interest charges.
